Due to the origins of vintage clothing, items will contain varying levels of wear and tear. These items are not new, many ranging from 20-100 years of age since production. We work to document these inconsistencies in our photography, however, small damage may not be visible, and should be assumed by the customer.

Product are sized and given a modern day approximation. We judge this by measuring the distance from one armpit to the other for the "chest"; from the high-point shoulder to the bottom of the hem for "length"; and from the high-point shoulder to the end of the same-side sleeve cuff for "sleeve".

Best Regards operates on Final Sale Only. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but will review on a case by case basis. Every item is completely unique, and has no ready replacement.

Orders generally go out twice per week, but often are shipped within 1 day of placing order (no weekend shipments). All items are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, except for some heavyweight packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail / packages. Once your item is dropped off and scanned by USPS, Best Regards no longer has control of where the package goes. Any Issues after dropoff should be taken up with USPS.

Every order will have a tracking number. You will be notified when your package is shipped, and on it's way.
